Under the banner of Jinu Abraham Innovations, the film “Avaran” is being directed by Shilpa Alexander, giving prominence to mass action, comedy, and romantic drama, with Tovino Thomas in the lead role.
“Avaran” will be a mass action comedy-romantic drama. Unlike Tovino Thomas’s recent films, this one will focus more on comedy.

The story and screenplay of “Avaran” are written by Benny P. Nayarambalam, who has delivered several hit films in Malayalam cinema such as “Kalyanaraman,” “C.I.D. Moosa,” and “Chocolate,” all of which were well-received by the audience. The film is said to revolve around a storyline rooted in the “Achayan” (Christian male from Central Kerala) background.
The music is composed by Jakes Bejoy, known for his numerous hit songs and background scores.
Jomon T. John is handling the cinematography, while Shameer Muhammed, who recently edited Mammootty’s “Turbo”, is in charge of editing this film.
Other key crew members include: Ronex Xavier, Sachin Sudhakaran, Rohit K.S., Rais Hyder, Aravind Menon, Shaji Naduvil, Sameera Saneesh, and Anand Rajendran, who are all part of this project.
