In 2002, there was a twenty-year-old who entered Malayalam cinema through the film Kayyethum Doorathu directed by famous director Sree Faasil. The young boy might have thought that his father’s film would give him a film career…or as a loving dad, would’ve thought that his son would also make a breakthrough, so he gave it a soft launch…and that too through his own film…but in any case, the film did not make much of a difference in the film industry and was a flop..!
Either because he realized that this was not his field…or because he realized that it was not yet time for him to enter the film industry…he departed by sigining no new films. No one has seen Fahadh Faasil, the hero of Kayyethum Doorathu, for about six years.
Later, Malayalis saw Fahadh in the anthology film Kerala Cafe, which was released in 2009. From there, not only Malayalis but also film lovers… saw… knew… experienced.. a spectacle of actor ! Fahad slowly but steadily growing to the level of an extraordinary talent who loved cinema, loved art, and attracted attention at the national level.

The digital entertainment company called Bhavana Studios formed in the partnership of renowned Actor, Director , Writer & Producer Mr.Dileesh Pothen and writer Mr. Shyam Pushkaran. The production company Fahadh Faasil and Friends, which he started with Nazriya as partner is just an example for that circle of friends.
When the country was hit by Covid, when kerala was hit by floods, when the nature was destroyed by landslides in Wayanad, Fahadh and Nazriya were at the forefront to support the effected to give them relief.
