Ravindra Nee Evide: Anoop Menon and Dhyan Sreenivasan Team Up for a Comedy-Thriller

Produced by Abraham Mathew under the banner of Abaam Movies and directed by Manoj Palodan, “Ravindra Nee Evide” (Ravindra, Where Are You?) is an upcoming Malayalam comedy-thriller film featuring Anoop Menon, Dhyan Sreenivasan, and Siddique in lead roles.

This marks director Manoj Palodan’s third film after “Ithu Thanda Police” (2016) and “Signature” (2022).

The screenplay is penned by renowned writer Krishna Poojappura, who returns after a brief hiatus. He is known for scripting popular films such as “Ivar Vivahitharayal” (2009), “Happy Husbands” (2010), “Four Friends” (2010), “Janapriyan” (2011), and “Husbands in Goa” (2012). Naturally, this has raised expectations for the film.

The story centers around Ravindran (played by Anoop Menon), a senior scientist at the Meteorological Department. While his colleagues consider him a meticulous and upright individual, Ravindran has certain quirks. He is a highly suspicious husband, constantly doubting his wife (played by Sheelu Abraham). The entry of Dhyan Sreenivasan’s character into their lives brings further complications, adding twists to the storyline. The film promises to be engaging, driven by the eccentricities of Ravindran’s obsessively precise worldview.

Apart from the lead actors, the film also stars Sheelu Abraham, Aziz Nedumangad, Senthil Krishna, Suresh Krishna, and Major Ravi in prominent roles.

Behind the scenes, the screenplay is by Krishna Poojappura, music is composed by Prakash Ulliyeri, vocals are rendered by Hariharan and Shankar Mahadevan, and cinematography is handled by Mahadevan Thampi.

With a strong ensemble cast and an intriguing premise, “Ravindra Nee Evide” looks set to offer a compelling mix of comedy, suspense, and drama.
