Under the banner of Waterman Films, in association with Think Studios, director Vishnu Sasi Shankar is helming a horror-comedy film titled “Sumathi Valavu,” based on the real-life location of Sumathi Valavu near Mylamoodu on the Palode-Kallara road in Thiruvananthapuram district, Kerala.
This film brings together director Vishnu Sasi Shankar and scriptwriter Abhilash Pillai once again, after their successful collaboration on the hit film “Malikappuram,” which adds to the film’s uniqueness.
Centered around the mystery and legends entwined with the name of the place, blended with humor, this film features a star-studded cast including Arjun Ashokan, Malavika Manoj, Saiju Kurup, Balu Varghese, Gokul Suresh, Siddharth Bharathan, Shivada, Devananda, Lal, Shyam, Sripath Yan, Niranjan Maniyanpilla Raju, Gopika, Jean-Paul, Dr. Shradhavan, Abhilash Pillai, Bobby Kurian, Nandu, Manoj K.U., Sreejith Ravi, Jayakrishnan, Kottayam Ramesh, Sumesh Chandran, Master Anirudh, Juhi Jayakumar, Sij Rose, Jesniya Jayadeesh, Sminu Sijo, and Ashwathi Abhilash.
